Blinded by Faith tour to be continued…
Eastern Canadians, we’re happy to announce that we’re about to visit you. In fact, we’ll visit these following cities back to back: Moncton (Paramount) on
October 5th, Halifax (The Speakeasy) on October 6th and probably Sydney on October 7th.
Blinded by Faith will be the supporting act of Tom Araya’s brother band called "Thine Eyes Bleed". It will
be our first experience there, so we can’t wait to see what you guys got in a moshpit!
Also, BBF are going to play at Trois-Rivières Metalfest in Saturday night (November 3rd) with Quo Vadis & Augury. More details: http://www.troisrivieresmetal.com.
Moreover, Montreal freaks shouldn’t forget that we’ll be in their city, on November 23th for the Galy Records 5th anniversary. This will be a huge event as nothing
less than three bands will launch a new record (Neuraxis, Vortex & rising star Point Blank Rage). Note that the first hundred people to be there will
receive a free cd. This show will occur in Québec city too (November 24). It will be the same line-up but Blinded by Faith will be the Headliner in Québec.

Mission accomplished!
Our first tour is now done and everything went well on the road. We have been in British Colombia for more than two days and the landscape there is simply amazing.
Moreover, we have visited the West Edmonton Mall (at least a single part of it), we took a ride across Toronto’s streets and we did even try the
famous “Baconator” of Wendy’s restaurant! We did a “little” 12 537 kilometres to reach almost every Canada’s great cities.
We did receive a pretty good response from the crowds we’d met, even though these were a bit small, a normal thing as it was our first tour ever.
However, the shows in Toronto, Prince Albert, Prince Georges and Rouyn-Noranda (PQ) were all very good. It is in Rouyn where we did see the biggest “mosh pit”
ever in a BBF show and, for the first time of our career, electricity went down during our show.
It was incredible to see that people were still moving along as we were playing “air-guitar”!
We tour along with some very nice people who are the band members of Damascus, a Winnipeg-based melodic death metal band.
These people are simply amazing! Don’t hesitate to visit their myspace and to listen to their music.
Cheers guys! We’ll meet again for sure!
Everyone in Blinded by Faith want to thank all people we’d met during this trip, especially the shows promoters.
You are all trustworthy and we thank you very much for your kind hospitality. We hope to see you again on tour!! Keep in touch!

Blinded by Faith on tour all around Canada!!!!
We’re really excited to announce that we’ll finally pack our bags and get prepared to launch our new record in almost every major Canadian Cities.
Blinded by Faith’s first touring experience will start in Ontario either on July 20th in Toronto and will end on August 4th in Rouyn Noranda (QC).
In the western areas, BBF will come along with Winnipeg’s death metallers Damascus.

It will take place in New Rock studios (Québec City) and will be produced by Despised Icon’s engineer and member
Yannick St-Amand ((Despised Icon, Beneath the Massacre, Augury…). Moreover, mastering will be the case of Alan Douches
(Shadows Fall, Unearth, Nile, Hatebreed, God Forbid…).
We are currently looking to give you a chance to catch BBF live (via web) during the recording session.

Julien is back!!!
We are proud to announce that Julien Marcotte (drums) is now back with Blinded by Faith.
Thus, we are now reunited again and, as the writing process is almost finished, you’ll soon have
some new material to listen to. BBF will enter in Studio in November 2006.
Also, Blinded by Faith’s first DVD is almost finished too. We don't know the launch date
yet, but we’ll keep you update as soon as possible.

Blinded by Faith comeback at the Imperial theatre!
As we were supposed to stop playing live and to continue the writing process of our next album,
the coming of Luc Gaulin, in replacement of Julien Marcotte on drums, have changed our plans.
So, Mr. Gaulin is now set for his first live performance with BBF and we decided to a take on a good
opportunity to introduce him.
Therefore, Blinded by Faith will be the support for the guitarhero Yngwie J. Malmsteen!,
on Saturday May 13th at the Imperial theatre of Quebec City. This Day happening (CDM Music Festival 2006 : Second Edition)
will include a lot of bands.
Moreover, this event will be the launch of our EP CD reissue, as Blinded by Faith’s first record
(Veiled Hideousness, 2000), sold out since a long time, reborn again in an entire new layout and
including some live bonus songs. Note that this reissue is available in stores (Canada and USA).

at the Club Soda, Montréal, june 04th, 2005 and at

Also, some mistakes in the
main menu has been fixed.
Febuary 4th, 2006
Veiled Hideousness, the long out of print debut of Blinded by Faith will
be re-mastered and re-issued with live bonus tracks through Galy
Records in March 28th, 2006. The album cover will be revamped, while
the rest of the layout and booklet will benefit from all new artwork.
This re-issue will give everyone a chance to discover the band’s beginning.
A DVD is also in the works and will be released later this year. It will
contain a live performance that was filmed with multi cameras at the prestigious
Imperial venue in the band’s hometown of Quebec City. The audio part of
the concert was recorded by New Rock Studios and was mixed and mastered
by Yannick St-Amand (Despised Icon, Beneath The Massacre). The DVD will
also contain footage from other shows as well as bonus material.

Blinded by Faith will start the New Year with a new drummer!!
We are proud to announce you that we finally got a new partner to hammer the drums.
Let us introduce you to Mr. Luc Gaulin, a well-experienced drummer who has been a partner
of Sébastien Robitaille (whose nickname is Roby, frontman of Moonlyght, a band from Quebec, Canada)
for several years. Besides, their newest project concerns the launch of Passage’s
(Doom Metal, Quebec, Canada) new album.
Thousand thanks to Roby, who had introduced us to Luc. That was the biggest help hand we
could have and we’ll never forget it.

Blinded by Faith’s latest album, Under an Occult Sun, is almost sold out.
Thus, it has been re-edited with an entire new layout. Perhaps you’ll see
it soon in stores but don’t misunderstand us; it won’t be the new album.
For those who asked us how to get the demo cd Veiled Hideousness, it his discontinued
and will be re-edited too, debut 2006.
We unfortunately cannot tell you when the new album will be out. One thing sure,
we work hard to finalize the new songs but the process is long and we have to focus
on our next shows, which will take place at Bromont on November 5th and Trois-Rivières
on November 11th. Be sure that our prior goal after these gigs will be launching the next album.

Trick or Treat!!

After several line-up changes on the tour, they’ll be here, in Quebec City,

Back in Ontario!
Blinded by Faith will be headliner of a huge metal night in Toronto, the
Summer Slaughter 2004, which will take place at the Kathedral. 9 bands
are on the bill. Toronto metal heads, be there!!! There will be no mercy!
Fans from Ottawa haven’t been forgotten. Blinded by Faith will play
live on March 28th, Slaughter Eve, in Orleans (Ottawa suburbs) at the
X-Lounge.

Blinded by Faith as now finished recording their first album. They are
currently in the mixing phase and the album should come out early in 2003.
We would like to mention that the guys at New Rock Studios have been doing
a
great job.
We would also like to thank our back vocal Stéphanie Jacques who
was with us
for 6 months. Changes in our musical orientation are in cause for her
departure.
BBF fans will soon get a taste of the new album when we play at the
Trois-Rivières Metalfest 2002 for the second year in a row this
November 2nd . We
will also headline at the Zest in Montreal November 15th. Find more details

Blinded by Faith enter the studios !!!
It's now official, Blinded by Faith begin the record process of their
first album, inside the walls of New Rock Studios, in Quebec city. 32
days of recording have been set, including 16 days of mastering.
The New Rock Studios are now a renouned place in Quebec for rock music.
The forthcoming album of BBF will be their first "metal" production
ever, but the professionnals working for New Rock will find a way out
to impress the metal scene and then get to larger horizons... Don't doubt
about that !
The album coming is set for December 2002. You'll find on it all these

Gene Hoglan is coming in Quebec city !
The ex-drummer of Death and Testament, actually performing with canadian
band Punch Drunk, will come to the Cégep de Limoilou on April 12th
alongside with Zimmer Hole, another canadian formation from Vancouver.
Blinded by Faith and Martyr will also be there, and notice this show will
be the last one for Blinded by Faith before the release of their first
album. Tickets wil be avalaible on billetech (Admission) soon.

After the success of the Metal Fest, Blinded by Faith will be back to
Trois-Rivieres on March 23th.

Like it was announce before, the Ultimate Blasphemy Fest IV, with Marduk
and Amon Amarth, has been moved; the show will take place on january the
20th. Effectively, it seems that our sweden's maniacs had obtain their
visa for the USSA. We all wish that this information is more than a vulgar
rumor...

Bad news...the gig with Marduk is reported to a later date. This frustrating
inconvenient is due to the excremental situation the America are in presently.
A big "thanks" to these "mysterious" responsibles
(Ben Laden ?? Pffffffffff...) who contributes to the failure of our dreams
and ambitions, but you'll not take it to paradise ! So, Blinded by Faith
have still an other show set this fall, at Trois-Rivieres November the
30th, and the writing process goes very well, as the first album appear
in the horizon.

Bad news, drummer Hugo Pelletier is no longer with Blinded by Faith. Unfortunately,
this mean that they will not play live this summer. The band is now preparing
